How are my commissions calculated?
You receive 20% of revenue actually received excluding tax on monthly Plus, Workshop and Workshop Pro subscriptions. Credit packs and annual subscriptions are excluded.
In the first month, your customer gets a 10% discount: commission is calculated on the amount paid after this discount. The calculator assumes the same customers keep the same plan for 12 months. Commissions are rounded to the nearest cent per customer and payment.
How long do I earn commissions for each customer?
The period lasts 12 calendar months from the customer’s first payment. Pausing, resuming or changing plans does not extend it. Cancellation stops commissions on payments that no longer take place.
What happens with unpaid invoices or refunds?
Commissions depend on payments actually received. A refund, dispute or unpaid invoice may reduce the amount. The calculator provides an estimate, not guaranteed income.
What do I need to apply?
A description of your work, at least one link to your website or social media and your preferred creator code. Your account must include your first name, last name and a verified email address. Applications are subject to approval.
When do I complete my professional details?
Professional, tax and bank details are completed after activation, before payment. Your file must be approved for payouts.
When are commissions paid?
Example without refunds or disputes: for a customer payment on 7 October, the commission becomes available on 6 November. The monthly invoice is issued on 5 December, disputes can be raised through 10 December inclusive and the transfer is issued by 15 December.
Available commissions are invoiced on the 5th of the following month. Transfers are issued manually by the 15th, or the next banking business day for the legacy payment process. Monthly Stripe payouts have no commercial minimum and require an approved file. No receipt date is guaranteed.
The initial delay for the legacy payment process is generally 45 to 75 days before the transfer is issued, excluding holds; bank processing time is additional.
How do the 30 free credits work?
Active creators receive 30 free credits per month in addition to their subscription. The administration may set a programme period. Previously earned credits, history and commissions are retained when that period ends.
Can I change my code after applying?
Once your application has been submitted, only the administration can change your code. It becomes usable once approved.
