Within your diagnostic
A document ready to read, with no extra form to complete or text to rewrite.
Exporting the report uses no analysis credits and does not close your diagnostic.
In an eligible diagnostic, open ‘Diagnostic actions’, then ‘Customer report’.
Review the summary, possible causes and suggested checks before downloading the document.
Print it or send the file to your customer yourself. You can also keep it with your workshop records.
Before downloading

The report template is read-only. It has no custom conclusion, photos or personalised logo. The content retains the diagnostic’s caveats.
No. Causes remain hypotheses and suggested checks are not presented as completed. Confirming the fault and the repair remains the professional’s responsibility.
An existing copy keeps its dated content. It is not rewritten when the diagnostic changes. Review the current result before creating a new report.
